Materia prima eccellente e a km zero. Nei piatti è possibile distinguere le materie prime grazie all' elaborazione fatta dallo chef. Servizio impeccabile e accogliente, con suggerimenti sugli accostamenti precisa e puntuale. Il ristorante, per la mia esperienza, dovrebbe chiedere 1 stella Michelin. Inoltre il rapporto qualità prezzo permette a chiunque di assaporare questa cucina con porzioni generose e condivisibili. Location rilassante e piacevole, contribuisce ad assaporare o sapori.

This 7 room Relais is run by a kind and friendly team ho go out of their way to ensure all their guests receive excellent service.  We visited for dinner, which you can without staying, but the accomodation does look very nice.  The menu is interesting and creative.  Their young chef has an excellent grasp of flavour and texture combinations.  We had three courses for 2 and shared an excellent Mille fruitless with fresh fruit for dessert.  We have an excellent grillo to compliment.  A highlight was the crisp egg with Parmesan and the excellent steak and potato galette.

An incredible setting, outstanding food and brilliant service. I honestly could not rate this place more highly. Grazie Mille.

Relais di livello nelle campagne di Ispica. Le materie prime utilizzate in questa cena sono di assoluta qualità. Tra loro ci ha particolarmente colpito la carota igp di Ispica. Abbiamo assaggiato anche il buon vino delle loro cantine ed in generale abbiamo mangiato davvero bene. Tappa consigliata!

Nous avons un délicieux repas accompagné du vin du  vignoble de la maison qui était parfaitement fruité et léger. Ne pas hésiter à prendre une entrée avec un plat et un dessert!

Location molto suggestiva, servizio accurato, piatti interessanti e ben impiattati. Abbiamo optato per un menù degustazione "Mare nostrum" che non ci ha deluso. Gradevole la produzione vinicola di Torre Marabino abbinata alla cena.

Posto meraviglioso. Ai tavoli un servizio ottimo,  curato nei minimi dettagli. La signora Antonella ha saputo consigliare un buon vino e spiegare nei minimi dettagli quanto richiesto. Sicuramente, ciò è derivante da una formazione accurata. Velocità nel servizio e attenzione all’ospite. I miei più sinceri complimenti anche allo chef per la presentazione e la bontà dei piatti. Sicuramente torneremo.

The experience was true farm to table! The staff were extremely professional, attentive and just genuine all around! The chef prepared the best fish dish I've had in Sicily!
